The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the following work: 1) Locate Water Distribution Valves, 2) Access the Valve, 3) Clean out or Pump Out the Valve Box or Vault, 4) Inspect the Condition of the Valve, 5) Exercise the Valve Using Enhanced Sounding Equipment to Assure a Good Shut, 6) Perform Data Documentation Via Digital Form Utilizing Clinton Township's Application Software.
