A mandatory pre-bid/walk-through will be held on Friday, Feb 23rd at 9:00 AM at the Capital Area District Libraries Downtown Branch located at 401 South Capitol Ave., Lansing, Michigan. The meeting will be held in the Board Room on the Third Floor. After discussion a walk-though will be conducted which will include discussion of the work required. At that time, all bidders will be able to ask questions concerning this request.
