A mandatory pre-bid/walk-through will be held on 7/27/2020 at 9:00 AM at the Capital Area District Libraries Downtown Branch located at 401 South Capitol Ave., Lansing, Michigan. The meeting will be held outside the main lobby on the First Floor facing Kalamazoo Street. Please
