The scope of work will be for roof replacement of the exiting TPO membrane over approximately 8500 square feet of roof surface. Replacement will be with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane as manufactured by Carlilse or Elevate, formally Firestone, no voluntary alternates will be accepted. Attendance at this meeting will be required if you intend on bidding the project. Additional Bidding Instructions

A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company or a cashier’s check in the amount of 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to City of Brownstown Fire Department MUST be submitted with each proposal in excess of $25,000.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance, labor and material bonds, each in the full amount of the contract price.
