MABASMI 2022-01 - Task Force Mobile Command Vehicle

Preliminary Bidder Instruction
(1) electronic complete copy (in PDF format) of a proposal and all other documents required in this RFP.

All content must be in a zip folder or single PDF document and must be named as the company name bidding, followed by “RFP-2022-01 MI-TF1 Command Vehicle” (Example: Acme Apparatus RFP-2022-01 MI-TF1 Command Vehicle) and must be emailed to Spatterson@Michiganmabas.us. Proposals must be received prior to the closing date and time. Fax or mailed copies will not be accepted.

Proposals (PDF Format) “MUST” include the following to be considered:
• Original “MI-TF1 RFP Specification Sheet” with required fields entered
• Bidder’s proposal, including bid price
• Bidder’s proposed detail CAD drawing of all (4) vehicle sides, rooftop and interior layout
• Any additional documents to support proposal (If applicable)
• List of comparable or better items, if a specification cannot be met
• Copy of Liability Insurance Certificate with a 10 million dollar minimum
• List of similar apparatus built by bidder in the last 10 years
*It is the sole responsibility of the bidders to complete and return enclosed specification sheet mark with “Yes or No” in each of the specification sections, acknowledging specifications will be met and/ or understood within proposal bid. When answering “No” in any specification section, indicates bidder not able to meet set specification and/or not agreeing with the terms. Explanation must be made per the terms of this RFP when marking “No” to be considered as a potential bidder.
