2021-004 - HVAC Maintenace 5 Fire Stations

INTRODUCTION:
The Brighton Area Fire Authority is requesting quotes for an annual maintenance agreement for the HVAC system at five (5) fire stations that the Authority operates out of.  A list of all HVAC units is included in this document.  
Pricing should include:

• HVAC preventative maintenance (2 times a year) and system checks (2 times a year) for a total of 4 visits.  
• Filter changes on a quarterly (4 times a year) basis for all units.  Vendor will supply new air filters and belts.   
• Lubrication of moving parts. 
• Electrical tests and inspection.
• Check refrigerant levels and check for leaks. 
• Inspection of condensate drain. 
• Check startup and shutdown controls. 
• HVAC unit cleaning annually (fall cleaning of heating units, spring cleaning of A/C condensing units) 
• Hourly service rates; including normal business hours, after hours, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.  Include any applicable discounts for service fees while under contract.
