Bloomfield Hills Schools (Schools) has initiated the Request for Quotes (RFQ) process seeking a qualified and experienced consultant or consultant team to facilitate and develop a comprehensive master planning process (which includes a strategic plan and master facilities plan) in concert with our stakeholder community. The plan should inform a minimum of five years with a forward-thinking analysis considering the mission and vision, goals and objectives with respect to animal care, existing structures and site conditions, sustainability, conservation, education, visitor experiences, and infrastructure needs at the Charles L. Bowers School Farm (Farm) located at 1219 E. Square Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, 48304, and the E.L. Johnson Nature Center (Nature Center) located at 3325 Franklin Road, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, 48302.
