The Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan (“Township”), seeks to
update our Strategic Plan (“Plan”), utilizing a process that comprehensively and objectively
evaluates the organization and the community it serves. The Township is seeking
proposals from consultants with extensive experience working with municipal governments
in strategic planning. As part of the Plan, the Township wishes to create mission and vision
statements that will establish a path forward defining the Township’s values and overall
objectives for the future.

electronic copy (USB flash drive) must be submitted in a sealed envelope with
“RFP Strategic Plan” on the outermost cover of the submittal, NO LATER THAN
4:00 PM, Thursday, February 15, 2024, and shall be addressed to:

Submissions may be mailed or delivered in person. Proposals submitted in person
should be hand delivered and placed in the drop box in the vestibule of
