Bids must be submitted and received by Monday, May 22, 2023, at 2:00PM. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the proposal shall be submitted. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “2023 Cape Seal Project” and either mailed or delivered to Bloomfield Township Public Works, 4200 Telegraph Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48303-0489.
Questions regarding the bid must be made in writing (letter or email) prior to Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 4:30 PM. Replies will be issued by addenda if there is a material change to the specifications, and then posted on the MITN website at www.mitn.info.
