Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide services to modernize and redesign TheRide.org website to align with AAATA’s UX goals and expectations. With updated Information Architecture (IA), User Experience (UX) and Content Strategy, the successful service provider will provide an intuitive and optimal UX, with accessible and easy to find content for riders and the community. AAATA anticipates awarding a firm fixed hourly rate contract to a single firm for the services required. The estimated budget for this project is an amount not to exceed $30,000.00. The amount available for a contract awarded through this RFP may be less than this amount.
