Additional Bidding Instructions

Three (3) in-person sessions for Non-mandatory Site Visits for the AAATA property requiring Carpet & Flooring and Installation will be held as indicated in the IFB. Participation is optional, but Registration is Required for particiation.
AAATA has an overall DBE project goal of 5%. Bidders submitting bids or Bids that involve subcontracting must either include DBEs on the project or provide sufficient evidence of good faith efforts. Bids not containing either of these will not be considered.
