Summary of Specifications:
Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority request proposals for providing Night Ride Paratransit Service in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Any contract to be awarded as a result of this RFP is subject to a financial assistance contract between Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority and the U.S. Department of Transportation. The resulting contract will be for a turnkey management and operation that will begin on December 1, 2014. The term of the contract will be three years with two one-year optional renewal periods.
