SEALED ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS & DOCUMENTATION

All bids are due by 12/30/2026 by 10:00 AM, late bids will not be accepted.
Sealed envelope should be delivered or sent to 400 E. Lockwood, Webster Groves 63119, with ATTN: Finance Department.

Include a certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond made payable to the Webster Groves School District in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
Include current financial statement.
Include signed E-Verify and Federal Work Authorization Program Affidavit found on pages 11 and 12.
Include completed Bid Form.
Bid envelope shall be clearly marked with “STUDENT TRANSPORTATION BID”.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their sealed envelope is received on time. No claim of “mail” delivery mishaps will be accepted.
If not bidding this project, please fill out the NO BID FORM located on page 13 of this document.
