Description

The Webster Groves School District is requesting proposals for new vehicles to be supplied and delivered.

Guidelines for Bidding:

  • Do not include Federal Excise Tax or Sales and Use Taxes in bid prices, as the District is exempt from them by law. A tax exemption certificate will be furnished upon request.
  • Vehicles will be delivered to the district’s Service Center located at 3232 Brentwood Blvd St Louis, Missouri 63119, with a full tank of fuel, less the fuel required to make local delivery.
  • Delivery date will be scheduled after formal award is complete.
  • The vendor(s) selected for presentation to the Board of Education (BOE) for formal award will be notified on May 9 by 2 pm the districts proposed vehicle selections.
  • Vendor formal award will be made May 15, 2025 at the scheduled BOE meeting.
  • It is the intention of the Webster Groves School District to provide an equal opportunity to all bidders who meet the bid specifications.
  • The Webster Groves School District reserves the right to accept or reject any offer in part or in whole, to request a new bid, or to award any of the items specified herein as it deems to be in its best interest of the school district.
General Requirements:
  1. Proposal shall include all fees, delivery costs and associated charges.
  2. All Applicable Federal and State Laws, Municipal Ordinances, Codes and Rules and Regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over contracted work shall apply.
  3. Webster Groves School District is Weapon Free, Tobacco Free, and Drug Free workplace, and the contractor will be required to comply with District guidelines.
  4. Provide a copy of the window sticker for all proposed vehicles
