2. Submit via sealed envelope with company information clearing stated on the exterior (company name, contact
person, phone number), and “Grounds Maintenance 2026” written or printed on the exterior of the envelope. Deliver bids to WGSD Service Center, Attn: Jason Mueller, 3232 S Brentwood Blvd.
3. Include signed E-Verify and Federal Work Authorization Program Affidavit found on pages 11 and 12.
4. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their submission is received on time.

this document and submit via BidNet Direct
