The secure facility at Bluebird Underground data center must be a guaranteed minimum of 10GPS and capable of 40GPS.Service provider must provide less than 10 milliseconds of latency between all sites. Service provider must activate the fiber connections in each building, either with transceivers, routers; etc. that are dedicated to WAN functions and are included in the overall lease agreement and the School District may never own this equipment. All outlying school locations will be connected back to the location of the data center that the school district designates (KAC data center). Provider must furnish fully redundant network (EG. MPLS) Provider will deliver on-site service in an outage situation within 2 hours. School District must be able to pass all standard Ethernet protocols to any point in their network Any routers and/or transceivers provided must be able to pass all educational traffic. Preferred method of connections will be fiber (fusion) spliced so that there is a dedicated point-topoint link between the outlying school and to the data center. Bidder will provide the appropriate modules (if needed) to connect the fiber using the customer’s on premise equipment (Juniper Switches). All maintenance and support costs must be included in the lease costs or identified in the nonrecurring costs. Maintenance windows shall be during non-production time (8 pm – 5 am)
