Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The City of Jefferson, Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department is soliciting sealed bids for security cameras at the Riverside Park Caretaker’s House (401 Ellis Porter Dr, Jefferson City, MO). System requirements are listed below. 2. A site map indicating the coverage areas is included within these specifications (Exhibit 1). The City is requesting that bidders propose the type of cameras, their numbers and locations to provide for adequate coverage throughout the listed area. 3. The total number of cameras is not set. The City is looking for a reasonable recommendation based on the following system requirements. • Outdoor cameras to be 4K resolution cameras, 2.8 mm or best substitution to capture best views. IR illumination for night vision/coverage. Estimated number needed: 8. • Indoor Cameras to be 4-megapixel or better. Estimated number needed: 4. See AD101 on Exhibit 2, Plans. • Cameras must be bullet, vandal, and weather proof based on bidder’s recommendations on location of camera(s). • Recording System – a 64 channel recorder at minimum for future expansion. NVR must be Windows 10 and support all 4K cameras at 20 FPS. NVR must record with high definition and retain 30+ days of video footage. Security cabinetto be installed to secure NVR and any other components or system may be cloud based. • Access – Access from NVR, desktop, remotely, and via phone app. • Electric – Specify any type of electrical contractor requirements or City requirements for installation to be completed. • Cabling – If necessary, specify any type of cabling requirements from an outside vendor or City for installation to be completed. All exposed cable must be installed in thin-wall conduit. • Networking – Specify any type of networking requirements from an outside vendor or City for installation to be completed. • System Monitoring – List all fees related to support services of the system. • NVR/Switch Location (if needed) – In basement of house at 401 Ellis Porter Drive (where other network switches are located). City network and Wi-Fi is present in the house (down and up-load speeds tbd or as previously mentions, system can be cloud based. • New cameras needed: Cameras 1-8 – Exterior cameras; Camera 9 – Interior entrance door; Camera 10 – Interior back door in kitchenette area; Camera 11 – Interior basement door; Camera 12 – Camera in office area...
