Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Furnish and install necessary proprietary AERCO controller, along with sensors and firmware kits on three (3) AERCO BMK2.0 boilers to allow boilers to communicate and run more efficiently in conjunction with a fourth boiler according to demand. ➢ Once installed the controller needs to be programmed and calibrated to run all four (4) boilers according to demand. ➢ Contractor shall be fully responsible for verifying compatibility and functionality of upgraded system. The upgraded system must be capable of working with any future BACnet compatible building management system. ➢ All proposed materials must be new. ➢ Any new, additional, or replacement wiring shall be provided as part of this work. This can include low voltage and/or high voltage electrical work. ➢ Contractor shall coordinate specific shutdown times for boilers prior to commencement of work. ➢ Contractor shall coordinate to keep available boilers up and running where possible to continue to provide heat during the shutdown of the other boilers. ➢ The Contractor shall provide and install ONE (1) ACS CONTROLLER WITH HEADER SENSOR (ITEM 69146). ➢ The Contractor shall provide and install ONE (1) OUTDOOR SENSOR KIT G.F. BOILER. (ITEM GM 122781). INCLUDES SENSOR (GP-122662) AND MOUNTING BRACKET. ➢ The Contractor shall provide and install THREE (3) C-MORE PMC UPGRADE KIT FIRMWARE – UPGRADE TO PRIMARY – MICRO CONTROL BOARD (ITEM 58030-03) ➢ The Contractor shall provide and install THREE (3) IGNITION STEPPER BOARD – UPGRADE TO IGNITION-STEPPER BOARD (ITEM 124361)
