The contractor shall understand and agree that the amount of trash accumulated at the state agency is unknown and varies each month due to recycling. Therefore, the contractor shall provide trash collection services by collecting the trash from the trash receptacle and dumpster and returning the trash receptacle and dumpster on an as needed, if needed basis. The contractor shall provide trash collection services for the 40 cubic-yard capacity roll-off, self-contained, trash receptacle on an as needed basis as requested by the state agency. The contractor shall provide trash collection services for the two, six cubic-yard capacity commercial dumpsters twice per week. The contractor shall understand and agree the state agency liaison will notify the contractor’s contact person via telephone at least 24 hours prior to the time when the trash collection services are required.
