Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall be responsible for performing a review of Southeast’s current classification and compensation structure for both faculty and staff positions, suggesting alternative structures that would more efficiently meet Southeast’s needs, and analyzing existing faculty and staff salaries in relation to the recommended compensation structure. The University is seeking recommendations for both individual position classification assignments and a revised or new compensation philosophy structure for all positions. Additionally, the contractor shall be responsible for delivering to Southeast a written report summarizing its findings. The contractor shall provide salary equity study consultant services for Southeast Missouri State University that meets or exceeds the specifications listed herein. Offerors may propose additional tasks or services, if such will substantially improve the results of this project.
