The scope of this RFP includes, but is not limited to, the following components: • Supply of the Spine Stimulator Systems, including implants, leads, external trial stimulators, programmers, and accessories. • Comprehensive product support, including training for healthcare professionals, technical support, and maintenance services. • Regulatory compliance assurance, ensuring all products meet FDA, and other applicable regulatory requirements. • Flexible and timely delivery to ensure continuity of patient care. • Pricing and warranty provisions, including volume-based pricing options and service agreements. • Research and innovation, including potential collaboration on clinical research and technological advancements.
