Commingled materials (aluminum, plastic bottles, and steel cans) collection locations are listed in Attachment #3 and Attachment #4 The average tons of material collected from offices/buildings in Cole County per year over the past three (3) fiscal years (FY17-FY19) as is follows: Sorted office paper (loose): collected in 95 gallon carts and bags of shred: 558 tons. Each year the equivalent of one (1) or two (2) truckloads (40,000 pounds per truckload) of the 558 tons is boxes of paper stacked on pallets. (e.g. highway maps, outdated hunting regulations, etc.) Sorted Office Paper (mill ready bales): 262 tons. Cardboard (baled & loose): 235 tons. Baled: 72 tons. Loose: 163 tons. Commingled Aluminum, Tin, and Plastic Bottles: 3 (three) tons.
