Specifications include, but are not limited to: The creative partner will deliver a timeline for execution that includes all major milestones throughout the duration of the project. Research existing perceptions and brand awareness of CSF, CSF’s service areas, and government’s responsibility in driving change/role in improving people’s lives. Conduct stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and/or workshops with internal and external audiences to identify gaps and opportunities for deeper engagement. Define target audiences and develop key messaging to shift perceptions and understanding of CSF and behavioral health issues. Create an organizational narrative to support a storytelling strategy that will engage audiences. Support in the creation of a messaging framework and supporting points.
