1. Weather-Tight Enclosure 1.1. The system components shall be installed in a weather-tight enclosure. The enclosure shall have the following construction specifications at a minimum: 1.1.1.Aluminum frame with dimensions not exceeding 50” x 32” x 54” in any direction 1.1.2.Stainless steel construction is acceptable only if overall weight of unit and installed components does not exceed 1200 lbs at any time 1.1.3.Pockets underneath frame allowing for lifting by forklift 1.1.4.Lifting eyes or eyebolts, qty.4 minimum, on top of enclosure for alternate lift points 1.1.5.Powder coated finish (gray color preferred) 1.1.6.Sealed, securable access doors (preferred) or panels as necessary for equipment service access 1.1.7.Slide-out mounting with door for use of on-board electrical power source 1.1.8.The operations side of the enclosure shall include a top-hinged sealed lockable door with gas assist cylinders. Side opening or non-locking doors shall be deemed unacceptable. 1.1.9.General storage drawer qty.1 minimum, located within enclosure 1.1.10. Inspection equipment storage area including the following minimum features: 1.1.10.1. Non-rusting metallic construction 1.1.10.2. Sized to adequately hold an inspection unit (camera/tractor) in an 8” pipe setting 1.1.10.3. Located near cable reel 1.1.10.4. Drain port 2. Wash Down System 2.1. A pressurized water system shall be supplied in order to rinse down hole equipment after an inspection. The wash down system shall conform to the following specifications: 2.1.1.The pump shall operate from 120VDC with circuit breaker protection. The pump shall supply a minimum of 1.4gpm at 60psi.
