Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Strategically Define a Remote Work Program and Integration / Implementation Path • Provide recommendations for a hybrid onsite / remote work infrastructure that effectively shifts to outcomes and results management through core values and competencies; including: o Create a Strategic workforce plan (short-and long-term) to include attrition, succession planning, high potential identification and development and building bench strength. o Moving to a remote work acceptable environment • Identify specific acceptable remote work strategies to ensure: o Proper work/life balance. o Enforced leave management to ensure employees take leave time for sick, appointments and vacation. • Prepare and implement findings and recommendations to improve overall organizational performance and process effectiveness; Perform organization assessments • Assist in developing a robust performance management plan integrating outcomes management and remote work strategies, moving from the traditional annual performance review to a continuous feedback model utilizing ADP’s performance management module.
