Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must have the personnel needed to handle all aspects of the online training course, including develop the content and tests, configuring the online training course, and maintaining the course content. The contractor is responsible for all development, maintenance, and support required for the online training course. The contractor shall supply an Internet domain (www address) to host the online training course. The contractor must have a demonstrated ability to manage individual data securely and electronically via a computer-based database management system (i.e. LMS) specifically designed to manage course completion data. The contractor must maintain an electronic database of each user’s course completion data. The contractor must obtain written approval of the online training course content from the Department before the online training course is made available to users. The contractor must attest that it has intellectual property (IP) rights to use all of the content presented in the online training course. The contractor must issue an online training course completion document to users who successfully complete the online training course. The document must present any user data and text specified by the Department. The contractor must provide a means for users to reprint their online training course completion document if the original document is lost or destroyed. The contractor must maintain the complete backup of the online training course in an electronic format. The contractor must update the online training course as requested by the Department’s education coordinator to reflect changes in laws and regulations
