Coordination with the Contractor. Lead the preconstruction conferences. Perform inspections and reject any non-compliant work. Perform traffic control inspections and direct traffic control modifications as necessary. Measure and document installed quantities. Maintain project diaries. Prepare progress reports. Prepare Contractor payment estimates. Prepare invoices utilizing an invoicing system approved by SLCTPW. Prepare change orders. Coordinate potential design changes based on field conditions with Contractor and County. Obtain labor records, conduct labor interviews, and review records for compliance with State and Federal prevailing wage requirements. Conduct construction materials testing, inspection, and review material certifications (as needed). Review shop drawings (as needed). Assist with utility coordination (as needed). Resolve on-site design errors/issues (as needed). Conduct project update meetings (as needed). Coordinate and lead final inspection. Provide as-builts for the County records. Serve as the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Local Public Agency (LPA) Person of Responsible Charge.
