Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reconstruction of approximately 3,600’ of Platte Purchase Drive and tie-ins to side streets, extension of approximately 3,600’ of Line Creek Parkway, and new construction of approximately 2,600’ of Tiffany Springs Road. The existing bridge at MO 152 and North Platte Purchase Drive will not be disturbed. Reconstruction of Platte Purchase Drive, includes removing the existing roadway and constructing a new 4-lane divided roadway, generally with 5’ sidewalk on the east side and a 10’ multiuse trail on the west side. Extension of Line Creek Parkway includes constructing a new 4-lane divided roadway, generally with 5’ sidewalk on the south side and a 10’ multi-use trail on the north side, to the proposed roundabout. North of the proposed roundabout, Line Creek Parkway will consist of a 2-lane roadway with 5’ sidewalk on the east side. New construction of Tiffany Springs Road includes constructing a new 4-lane divided roadway, generally with 5’ sidewalk on the south side and a 10’ multi-use trail on the north side, from the proposed roundabout, east to Platte Purchase Drive. Also included are new enclosed storm sewers, sanitary sewer extensions, waterline extensions, new pavement marking & signing, seeding, sodding, landscaping, street lighting, and other appurtenances as detailed and/or required. Parks Department standards will be used for Line Creek Parkway, but all other sections of the improvements will be per Public Works Standards.
