Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Hand brushed scrubbing b. Spot free high pressure rinsing c. De-icer (during winter months only as requested) d. Sap, tar, excessive bugs or any other service that requires additional time to clean may be billed at the hourly rate with the written permission of the District Facilities Director. 7.1.2 The Awarded Vendor must not interfere with the daily operations of the District. Contracted work may need to be done when the daily school operations are not in session or after hours. 7.1.3 Supplier must check in and then check out with the Director of Facilities prior to performing service as well as once services are, complete. 7.1.4 Perform a walk around inspection of the vehicle. Any visible damage will be noted before cleaning starts. 7.1.5 Soap and wash all exterior surfaces to include bumpers, tires, rims and glass. This cleaning should remove normal dirt and grime, bugs, droppings and window film to return the vehicle with clean surfaces and clear windows. 7.1.6 All cleaning products used shall be biodegradable and should not damage painted surfaces and/or mounted light bars or equipment. Bidder will pay damage to the vehicle or mounted equipment. Report in writing anything that needs to be repaired.
