The high-end microfilm reader printer must have semi-auto loading for 16mm and 35mm roll film and an interchangeable fiche carrier. The high-end microfilm reader printer resolution must be at least 600 Dots per Inch (DPI). The high-end microfilm reader printer must use plain paper in the print process and accommodate the following sizes: 8.5” x 11”, 8.5” x 14”, and 11” x 17”. The high-end microfilm reader printer must include an automatic exposure control as a standard feature. If the equipment is capable of printing without connection to an external printer, the high-end microfilm reader printer must use standard toner for printing. The high-end microfilm reader printer must produce positive prints from both negative film and positive film. The high-end microfilm reader printer must have automatic exposure and manual exposure override to compensate for widely varied film density.
