Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City has recently constructed a concrete island at the environmental services building which will contain one above ground diesel fuel tank and one above ground diesel fuel tank. Two above ground fuel tanks with pumps mounted on them will be supplied by Energy Petroleum. The contractor associated with construction of the fuel island, Summit Electric, has run conduits and two (2) 120 volt circuits to the fuel island for power to two pumps located on the diesel fuel tank. The City is seeking a contractor to furnish power to the gasoline fuel tank, complete the wiring for the diesel pumps, and setup the fuel manage system for both the diesel pumps and gasoline pump. The City is seeking bids to furnish material and labor for the following work: Relocate the existing PetroVend Automated Fuel System card reader from the transfer station located on the property immediately east of 1550 Progress Lane W, to the newly constructed fuel pad at 1550 Progress Lane W. Card reader shall be securely mounted to the concrete fuel island over the existing conduit stub. See exhibit following this description for approximate locations. Once the card reader has been relocated, Summit Electric will run conduit on top of the fuel island between the diesel fuel tank conduit stub and the card reader and will run power for the two diesel pumps to the card reader location. Contractor shall coordinate this with Summit Electric. Contractor will then be responsible for installing circuits and any necessary additional conduit needed from the card reader to each of the two diesel fuel pumps located on the diesel fuel tank. This work shall include pulser hookup for each pump and necessary wires for card reader control. See exhibit following this description for approximate locations.
