Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide implementation, hosting, and maintenance of a secure online registry solution, preferably a Commercial Off the Shelf solution OCOTS, that meets the business requirements identified herein. The solution shall be provided to the Department of Health and Senior Services (hereinafter referred to as the state agency) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein, and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor’s solution shall store advanced health care directives; submission and revocations, and allow individuals access to their records. The registry must be accessible by individuals’ 18 years of age and older. The contractor shall agree that the state is the sole owner of all information and data collected as a result of the state’s use of the service.
