The contractor shall allow at least five (5) days between each mowing and trimming. The contractor shall understand and agree that in the event there are extended periods of time when conditions are such that the lawns are not growing, the Department will not request services. a. The contractor shall mow and trim the lawn area indicated within the yellow line boundary indicated on Attachment 1 Map – Michael N. Keathley State Office Building. b. The contractor shall respond to the request for lawn care services within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the request from the designated Department representative. c. The contractor shall provide lawn care services on days and times mutually agreed upon by the designated Department representative and the contractor. The contractor shall provide lawn care services in a professional manner in accordance with acceptable professional practices and the highest standards appropriate to promote a healthy lawn and to minimize damage to trees, shrubs, other desired plants, and surrounding property.
