Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Pedestrian/non-motorized activity inventory and analysis – evaluate existing mobility patterns, indicating primary circulation routes, frequency of use, and connectivity and ADA issues. Use visual media to communicate the reality experienced by all, including disadvantaged user groups, and to frame the issues so that observers can better understand needs. • Public and private parking inventory, indicating level of use, to inform conceptual plans for land use changes impacting parking supply. Goal is to improve, and not reduce, opportunities for convenient parking downtown. • Right-of-way configuration/conditions in relation to anticipated public infrastructure improvements, including a base map informing typical cross sections.
