MoDOT seeks qualified contractors to remove and replace the current boilers at its NW District Administration Building. Work includes but not limited to the following: 1. Demolition and Removal 1. Safely disconnect and remove two existing hydronic boilers. 2. Proper disposal of all removed equipment and materials in accordance with local regulations. 2. New Boiler Installation 1. Furnish and install two (2) new primary secondary configuration boilers 1. Aerco AM399B high efficiency condensing boilers 2. Fulton Endura EXE-399 high-efficiency condensing boilers 3. Raypak XVers L Modwl H7-406L high-efficiency condensing boilers 2. Provide all necessary venting, gas piping, and electrical connections per manufacturer specifications and local codes. 3. Boiler shall be compatible with current MoDOT's EPM temperature control system and VFD drives. 3. Piping Reconfiguration 1. Modify the existing boiler room piping to a primary/secondary loop configuration to optimize system performance and efficiency. 2. Install isolation valves, check valves, and necessary fittings to support the new layout.
