Specifications include, but are not limited to: Acquiring a modern, integrated ERP system for all state agencies to use for Budget Development, Financial Management, Procurement, HR, and Payroll; Realizing efficiencies across departments by reducing duplicative systems and standardizing processes; Achieving significant reduction in manual or duplicative Budget Development, Financial Management, Procurement, HR, and Payroll processes; Realizing greater reporting capabilities including improved transparency website reporting and simplified management access to detailed information; Implementing internal modeling and "what if” analyses; Realizing improved oversight of grants and fixed assets; Automating HR, expense reimbursement, and payroll transaction processing; Reducing current and future risk of system failure due to the age, programming language, and technical limits of the current ERP system; and Providing not just descriptive analytic capabilities, but predictive analytics and insights through automation.
