Specifications include, but are not limited to: Office 365 (Desktop and Online End-User Applications) Teams SharePoint Online with Groups OneDrive for Business Advanced Threat Protection Other security initiatives as identified through the Discovery and Planning process Provide an Office 365 organizational team profile. Setup primary teams for project and program management, architecture design and planning, communications, change management, training, security, compliance, fiscal and resource administration and control. Onsite review of the County systems to gather and capture information about existing infrastructure. Formulate high-level architectures. Existing file share system must be carefully studied in order to understand effort that will be required to migrate to SharePoint, Azure Files, and/or OneDrive. Lead onsite group discovery sessions with key County departments to identify needs/requirements and determine applications that will be used to fulfill those needs/requirements. Validate license level subscription readiness and administration requirements. Communicate the published requirements for all technologies in-scope. Determine readiness and assist to correct deficiencies where identified. Identify potential challenges in this migration and pose solutions. Provide detailed project and resource planning to accomplish the scope. User identity and account provisioning planning. Plan for Active Directory Federation Services for use with single sign-on. Analyze existing network and DNS. Determine required tasks for configuration changes needed, if any. Define planning considerations to implement Active Directory synchronization.
