Products must have an identifying number and/or color that matches the slot on the dispenser. The spray bottle labels must also match. Training programs must be provided upon district request. Programs must consist of product knowledge, as well as custodial best practice training. Online and Onsite module training to include quizzes and certificates of completion. Training records retention is requested. Topics should include, but not limited to: Facility Cleaning (Restroom, Classroom, Office, Gymnasium, etc.) Surface Disinfection Safety and Compliance Training Best Practice Floor Care Training Equipment Use and Care Sustainable Cleaning Processes Provide customizable job cards and process flow charts Conduct Biannual Building Cleaning audits in conjunction with Districts Custodial Leadership. Vendor will perform Biannual Audits of Dilution Control Systems at the District’s request. Standard Wall-mounted dilution dispenser shall hold a minimum of 4 products. Vendor shall provide additional dispenser size options to include a handheld dispensing option, and/or smaller wall-mounted options. Vendor will provide training cards, and posters for the chemicals/dispensers for each dispenser location at the District’s request
