Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Contractor shall employ a sufficient number of qualified personnel to be assigned into open District hourly positions as needed. a. Contractor shall assure the District of continuous, reliable, safe, and on time personnel service. b. Contractor shall recruit and orientate employees to perform the type of work required by the District c. Contractor shall handle all pay, withholdings, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, and handle all unemployment /workers’ compensation claims involving assigned Contractor personnel. b) Contractor shall submit a staffing plan that clearly shows how the daily operations will be managed during the normal hours of operation and during any emergency or out-of-hours situation that may arise. c) Contractor shall take reasonable steps to prevent its employees from exposing any pupil to impropriety of word or conduct. d) Contractor shall be responsible for hiring and discharging personnel employed by Contractor to perform its obligations hereunder. However, District shall have the right to request Contractor to remove from service to District any employee who, in District’s sole discretion, is deemed unsuitable for the performance of services for the District; provided that the District shall make such request. e) Meet any other criteria required by law or by District’s policies, rules or regulations. f) A summary statement for each school and for the entire district will be provided to the Director reflective of billing cycles. g) The district reserves the right to cancel this agreement after 30 days written notice for unsatisfactory service and/or upon written notice for unsatisfactory product. h) Services will continue throughout the scheduled school year, make up days, through Summer School and Summer Feeding Programs when in session. i) The bidder must be able to handle emergencies as they arise due to circumstances beyond the district’s control. The district will hold these to a minimum.
