Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Development of a Civic Enterprise + Participation Hub (“Hub”) to centralize learning, working, innovating and fellowshipping • Engagement of NNS neighborhood residents, business owners and community leaders throughout the development process. • Work with a community advisory team comprised primarily of neighborhood residents and stakeholders • A program that includes a retail fitness center, civic hall, drop-in childcare center, small business working space, nonprofit community services center, classrooms for St. Louis University curricula, and a commissary kitchen for emerging entrepreneurs • Hiring and training NNS residents for both construction and operations • Compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 federal regulations and HUD’s CNIG requirements.
