Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 The contractor shall provide broadbanding classification and compensation services for the Office of Administration, Division of Personnel (hereinafter referred to as the state agency) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. 2.1.2 The contractor shall designate one (1) individual to serve as the Project Director who shall serve as a duly authorized representative to whom all correspondence, official notices, and requests shall be addressed. The contractor must provide the state agency with written notification of the name, title, address, telephone number, and email address of such individual by no later than five (5) calendar days after the state agency authorizes the contractor to proceed with services. The contractor shall have the right to change or substitute the individual as deemed necessary upon immediate notification by the contractor and approval of the state agency. a. The contractor shall assign personnel to perform the services who have significant knowledge with broad classification and compensation and experience with state government entities. b. The state agency will identify a Project Manager to serve as the contact to the contractor and shall provide the telephone number and email address of the assigned Project Manager to the contractor. In addition to the assigned Project Manager, additional state agency personnel may be able to provide some subject matter expertise to the contractor on a limited pre-scheduled basis. 2.1.3 The contractor shall complete all services herein by no later than 180 calendar days after the state agency authorizes the contractor to proceed with services. For purposes of this document, brandbanding classification and compensation services shall including the following services: a. Broadband Classification Family b. Dual Career Path c. Compensation Band Structure d. Compensation Delivery Mechanism e. Integration and Implementation Plan 2.1.4 Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein
