Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) To assess and define the long-term fundraising potential of the MUHC advancement program and make structural and process change recommendations to meet the opportunity. 2) To complete the assessment utilizing a combination of fundraising industry best practice standards, historical review, evaluation of current practice and program strengths and weaknesses, health care and community market evaluations, and benchmarking of other public academic healthcare center’s fundraising outcomes. 3) To develop an overarching strategy that consolidates and optimizes the Medical School and hospital fund raising teams and that enhances the overall Mizzou Advancement program. 4) To provide one, three and five year roadmap guidance, including recommendations for staffing and resources, as well fundraising goals, metrics, processes and measurements. ; To recommend all the necessary resources to drive philanthropic excellence for MUHC. These resources will include, but is not limited to, leadership, organizational structure, foundations and staffing.
