This re-inspection will occur within a defined period after the abatement deadline, typically within 3 business days. Contractor Documentation: • The contractor must provide before and after photographs of the work completed and submit a completion report documenting the corrective actions taken. • If the violation is not corrected, the Code Enforcement Officer will issue a further notice, and the contractor may be tasked with additional corrective measures. Failure to Abate: • If the abatement actions are not completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, the Code Enforcement Officer may take further actions, such as performing the abatement at the contractor’s expense or pursuing legal action. • The contractor will be liable for any costs or penalties incurred due to non-compliance with the contract.
