1. The selected artist or team will create a design that captures the historical significance of the site, aligns with the community’s vision for the site, and provides a meaningful experience for visitors. 2. Each selected artist will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing the artwork, including: a) Based on the approved Concept Proposal, developing final design documents detailing every physical feature of the construction, the artwork, and its integration with the site (the final design). b) Executing the final design on schedule and in a manner that conforms to the approved Concept Proposal. c) Managing all aspects of the installation of the artwork. d) Providing maintenance and conservation instructions for the completed artwork. e) Work cooperatively and maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the project. f) Participating, as requested, in community outreach and attending a dedication event.
