The scope of work will include general cleaning and precision repair work as identified and defined below. The County will request a quote for areas of work needed to be addressed. Equipment & Storage The Contractor must provide all the equipment, tools and supplies required for the work to be performed. This may include, but not limited to ladders, wheeled staging or scaffolding and any tools, equipment and all supplies to adequately perform the contracted work and meet all terms of the service agreement. If the work to be performed over several business days, the Contractor must clear the area at the end of each day, unless coordinated and communicated to and approved by the County prior to work commencing. “General Cleaning” Definition Clean surfaces and touch-up color and finish sheen to match existing finished areas. Cleaning process cannot mar or alter the existing finish condition. Areas must be defined and priced accordingly to address the cleaning and touch-up for the surfaces as applicable to the areas defined. Touch-up is defined by mars, scratches or marks that can be addressed without major work as defined under “Precision Repair Work”. Interior door and door frames, and sidelights as applicable
