Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Protect existing site improvements to remain including curbs, pavement, and utilities. 2. Maintain access for fire-fighting equipment and access to fire hydrants. 3. Parking: Use designated areas of Owner's existing parking areas for construction personnel. 4. Dewatering Facilities and Drains: Comply with requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. Maintain Project site, excavations, and construction free of water. Dispose of rainwater in a lawful manner that will not result in flooding Project or adjoining properties nor endanger permanent Work or temporary facilities. Remove snow and ice as required to minimize accumulations.; 20-Amp 3-Phase Simulator Wall Outlets: • Remove four existing welder outlets on the north wall of the classroom. • Install new wiring to the four wall outlet’s locations in the existing conduit. • Install four new 20-amp 3-phase breakers to operate the new wall outlets, “one outlet per circuit”. • Install four new L21-20r wall outlets into the existing wall outlet boxes. Notes: • Quote is contingent upon being able to install the required new wiring into the existing conduit. 20-Amp 3-Phase Simulator Cord Drops • Install two new ceiling mounted hanging L21-20R outlets in the center of the room for the mobile simulators. • Install wiring from the existing bus-disconnect switches to operate the new outlets. • Install new neutral wiring from the breaker panels to the bus switch if not present. Projector / Screen: • Install one new customer provided projector screen with necessary power and control wiring. • Install one new outlet in wall for projector screen power source. • Install one new ceiling outlet for ceiling mounted projector. Projector provided and installed by others.
