Welding Booths • 6x6 Welding Booths • Approximately 96” tall, total height • Sheet metal stop between 12” and 24” from floor so its easy to sweep underneath. Specify exact measurement. • Minimum 12 ga panels • Powder coat painted with color selected by HSD • On booths labeled in red must have a shelf on the left side able to support 60lbs and measure 12” away from wall and 24” long. Shelf must be bolted. This shelf will hold Lincoln V276 welder. Exact dimensions are 13.6”Hx9”Wx20.25”D. Must have tabs on shelf to prevent from falling off. 16 Booths • Strip Curtains are to be fastened to the opening of each booth in header mount. Curtain hanger must be made of metal. Must have 50% overlap. Color must be specified. Curtain should be 12” from floor to match the side openings. Must be constructed of heavy duty material. Specify color options and thickness. • Each welding booth must have a mounting bracket for fume extraction arm located above the welding booth in the rear right corner of the booth. Bracket must be strong enough to hold the fume extraction arm independently and need no additional support. Bracket must be compatible with Micro Air SCA 607 Fume extraction arms. • Adjustable feet for leveling with hole to secure to floor. • Powder coated. List color options. • Booth shall have options included to hold mig gun, J hook to hold helmet, adjustable shelf with 100# capacity (run the width of the booth on the middle panel), and jig holder to hold metal while welding located on the right panel. Jig holder must have options to move to multiple heights and articulate.
