The application must be easy to use with an intuitive, web based editor and file management capabilities, so as to minimize training time and reflect reduced staffing. Page content will be authorized by staff whose primary jobs are not web or media related. 3.3. Site must function in multiple web environments, including mobile platforms. 3.4. Site should navigate easily and incorporate professional standards of design and usability. 3.5. Site should comply with Section 508 Accessibility guidelines. 3.6. Site must allow for the integration of social media features and functionality to content elements on pages throughout the District website. 3.7. Site must be optimized for major search engines and remain findable within top results for an ongoing basis. 3.8. Site must include fast and accurate search across all content. 3.9. Content can be delivered via RSS. 3.10. System must be scalable to allow for additional schools or sites to be added as needed in the future. 3.11. Support and training is required for implementation through adoption, including a project manager. 3.12. Online manuals and tutorials will be updated and available 3.13. System must facilitate the gathering of site usage statistics via integrated analytics. Usage data must be able to accommodate sites from the larger District sites all the way down to individual classroom level if needed.
