Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for this website project includes the following components: Assistance with identifying a host server for our site. An easy-to-use content management system that allows for text, photo, slideshow, and movie changes by non-technical staff. Development of a user's manual is a deliverable. A thoughtful, streamlined website organization and navigation that is clear and user-friendly to member organizations, funders (foundation, corporation, government), and general public. Graphically interesting and current design that appeals to a diverse audience. All text content will be provided to the design firm selected after the website organization is developed and agreed upon. A corresponding e-newsletter template that is easy to use. Site must be designed to optimize search engine results by including appropriate meta data on each page Google Analytics tool. Easy access on the World Wide Web to information about community development organizations, activities, news, professional development opportunities, grants, jobs, policies, and other information for the St. Louis region Community development information organized for different audiences including funders (banks, foundations, corporations), public officials, and nonprofits Member organizations a private log-in section to see members-only material and a place to engage with each other Information about community development in the region and why strong neighborhoods matter for a strong region Integration of social media (Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) with the website and Links to resources locally and nationally
