The City of O’Fallon, Missouri, is accepting sealed bids for the analyses of wastewater and treated sludge (biosolids) from the O’Fallon, Missouri Wastewater Treatment Plant. • All testing performed must be in compliance with the code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 136, which incorporated the Standard Methods for testing wastewater and sludge (solids). • Bids must include sample preparation fees for all appropriate testing, all supplies needed for appropriate testing, including sample containers. • Testing results can be sent electronically thru E-Mail as a PDF and a CSV file. • Samples must be picked up weekly from the O’Fallon Plant at 150 Firma Road, O’Fallon, MO 63366. o Pricing must include any pickup costs. The City will not incur any additional charges for samples being picked up weekly. • This bid is for a three (3) year contract with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms dependent upon annual budget appropriation. • The City of O’Fallon reserves the right to perform all, some, or none of the testing listed in-house.
